We save families and their loved one’s time and the associated stress of exploring the many living setting options available and selecting a suitable living environment for their aging loved one. We stay up to date on the local senior living market to bring these benefits to our clients.
Once we’ve done a complete assessment of the senior and gained their care team’s input, we leverage our local market knowledge to arrive at a tailored short list of ideal options. We then share our insight as to what living setting options are available to best meet their unique needs considering care requirements, lifestyle preference, amenities, budget, and location.
We deliver a curated list of potential options based on our research into communities’ AZ DHS inspection results, reviews, past tours, and resident experiences to help ensure a good match and the best possible quality of life.
We only share the senior’s contact information with the select few communities and/or care homes that are of interest to the senior and their families. This approach ensures increased privacy and allows the senior and family to remain in control of the process.
If we wouldn’t move our own family member there – we don’t promote it to our client family as a viable option for their family member.
We schedule tours of those communities/homes that have been down selected by the family and senior and we accompany them on these visits.
We know the local market and the current senior living census which allows us the ability to negotiate on the senior’s behalf, ensuring the best rates.
